James is the President and CEO of Sarai Services Group, Inc. (SSG), a consulting firm that provides acquisition expertise to commercial and government agencies. Based out of Huntsville, AL, SSG's services include providing contract management, program management and training support to commercial and government clients. Over the course of more than a decade of service in the US Army, James held a series of assignments in Program Management, Contracting, and US Army Operational Air Defense. James has also earned a catalog of impressive distinctions, including Defense Contract Management Command Officer of the Year, Defense Logistics Agency Officer of the Year, Legion of Merit Service Medal, and a National Defense Medal.
Linda Chatmon, President
Linda is the founder and president of Southern Crescent Small Business Chamber of Commerce and CEO of Contracts and Grants, LLC in the Metro Atlanta area. Since 2011, Linda and her team have been responsible for $12.2 billion in contract awards and negotiations. She is a business development expert and subject matter expert in Federal Defense Acquisitions. Linda is also founder of The App Diva, LLC, a mobile app development firm; creator of the Fast Track Academy, a web-based training program that teaches businesses and organizations how to navigate the federal contracting arena; and author of two books - The Road to Government Contracts and Grant-Worthy.
Coy Paschal Jr, Secretary
Known nationally as “Mr. SBA” Coy Paschal, Jr. is the principal of Paschal and Company which specializes in business development support services to majority Federal and Defense Contractors. For more than 40 years, Coy has provided professional services to such organizations as Dun and Bradstreet, Household Finance, the Columbus and Atlanta Minority Business Development Centers, The US Small Business Development Center, and his present firm. Mr. Paschal specializes in preparation and submission of small, minority, woman, and veteran owned business certifications and other Small Business designations such as HUBZone. In addition to Federal Acquisition Support Services, Mr. Paschal is the principal officer of an Insurance Agency and has assisted businesses in obtaining small business or venture capital loans in excess of $70M.
Elizabeth (Beth) Harshfield is the President of Exhibit Arts LLC, a Wichita-based marketing company offering trade show management and promotional products services since 2000. As the architect of program management and contract oversight solutions, Beth was instrumental in transforming her company from a family business to a highly successful small business enterprise that currently employees 48 people in six states. The company has an extensive record of successful performance with over $100M in completed contracts to date. Exhibit Arts LLC’s federal government client list includes: General Services Administration (GSA); Naval Air Warfare Center (NAVAIR); Air Force Recruiting Service (AFRS); and Marine Corps Exchange (MCX) among others. Personally, Beth is deeply committed to supporting her community. She is passionate about mentoring underprivileged women and offering opportunities for success to minority owned businesses.
